All goods are dairy unless noted otherwise.



Assorted Muffins-
 Oat Muffins- with fruit, brown butter and vanilla
Whole Wheat Apple- redolent of cinnamon, brown sugar and butter.
Banana Chocolate Chip- Bananas. Chocolate Chips. Enough Said.
 Carrot*- light, but flavorful. Perfect for breakfast or mid-afternoon coffee break.
Bran- A classic muffin, lightly sweetened with honey and a hint of molasses. And oh yes, whiskey soaked raisins. 
*Carrot Muffins are parve (made in dairy equipment).

 27 shekel for 3 (per type). 100 shekel per dozen.

Cookies- 1.5 per cookie. 15 per dozen

“Malka” Cookies- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies- what's better than Peanut Butter and Chocolate?

“Platonic Ideal” Cookies- the perfect chocolate chip cookie-deep, complex and butterscotchy.

"Not Your Grandmother's" Toffee Bars-Toffee bars- all grown up and better than you remembered them.
Butter, dark chocolate, nuts and hint of salt.


Cakes

Jess's “All of it” Cake- Individualized cakes. Caramelized summer fruit with a hint of citrus. (Parve)

Tal's Olive Oil Citrus Cake- bright, rich and lemony, with a tinge on almond, this cake comes filled with either lemon or rhubarb curd, according to the season. (Parve) 60 shekel per cake. (Can be made dairy with the addition of whipped cream and ricotta to the filling: extra 10 shekel)
My great-aunt Rose's Honey Cake - A traditional honey cake, moist and deep. With undertones of coffee and orange. (Parve)        65₪ per cake

“A little bit of sunshine” Cake- in the depths of winter we could all use a bit of sunshine. Shot through with grapefruit, orange and lemon, this cake is as rustic and complex as the olive oil it's made with. (Parve) 65 shek per cake (Winter only)

"Everything you need" Cake- This glazed, vegan chocolate cake is made with everything you might ever need in life-chocolate, coffee and dark beer.  (Parve) 60 shekel per cake.

Deep, dark chocolate tart- a chocolate tart to end all chocolate tarts. Made with the highest quality chocolate; tinged with cinnamon and black pepper and set in a buttery crust. 100 shekel per tart.

  1. sounds yum, where did you get your recipes? (the ones not from your family?)
    your aunt chayies banana ones are really good, also shalva has a great choc chip cookie with ww flour thats really good , from some ww cookbook and another one that has oats thats also delish. tell your mom to bring whole foods 72%cocoa bits, they are rich and dark, need i say more?
